    Read this book in one day … inspired me to do better for myself, especially the getting back to the healthy me I once was. We get lost in this world of the do’s and don’ts and forget who we once were. We get caught up in timetables of the hurry, hurry, get it done world and end up having no time to fit ourselves in. We need to get back to basics. Start all over … as many times as it takes .. and don’t give up .. we can do this !!! Live life!!! Breathe. See the beauty and purpose within ourselves.
